ReplyDeleteThere should be a button you can click from your blogger dashboard (somewhere on the right) that says "Upgrade to New Blogger". In terms of the new layouts and the label cloud, you will have to look up some Blogger Hacks and put in the code yourself. I hope this helps! Cheers! :)
